+ How do I make a booking?

We’ll be more than happy to help with any questions you have.

+ How do I pay for my picnic?

Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer.

We require a 50% deposit to secure the picnic booking and the remaining 50% balance is due 2 days before the event.

+ What happens if it rains?

We suggest you have a back up for an indoor location, even at your home. Alternatively we can reschedule the event for no additional cost.

+ Can I hire the set up without the food and drinks?

+ Can I hire the items only and set up myself?

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund, relocation or rescheduling of picnic is provided with more than 48 hours notice.

A full refund minus cost of food is provided with up to 24 hours notice.

No refund given due to bad weather or change of mind for same day cancellations.
